Week 1

Soon, you would be going to Class 4 and there you would be wearing shoes with laces.

In week we shall learn to tie shoe laces.

For this activity, you will need the following things

1. Shoe laces
2. Cardboard
3. Scissors
4. Sketch pens

Week 2

This is our blending week.

In your notebook, you have to do the following worksheet.

Remember to choose the correct blend word.

Don't forget to say aloud the sound of each blend

Note: You need not cut the paper. Simply Fill in the blanks with the correct Blend.

Week 3

In this week we would be making a word wheel

Material Required:

2 thick sheets of Paper
Scissors
Sketch pens
1 pin

Note: For this activity parental presence is recommended, especially for the cutting and attaching pin. 


PROCESS:

1. In the picture below you will see two circles.
2. In the first circle, write Bl on one side and cut out the triangular area.
3. In the second Circle write all those letters.
4. Now Keep circle one exactly on top of circle two and at the very center insert a pin to attach both the circles together.




Viola! your Blend wheel is ready.

Now, rotate the wheel and practice reading out the Blend words.


You may also make similar wheels for other Blends.
